We operate a platform and API that makes millions of products and offers from 30,000 retailers easily accessible to any shopping application. We also design, build and operate a network of shopping apps which use this data to provide best of breed mobile and social shopping experiences. We touch fashion, electronics, deals, and other industries. Our business is growing rapidly; we generated we were profitable in 2013 and are seeing accelerating growth in our key usage and revenue metrics. Our founder was the former head of Yahoo's media lab; he brings over 8 years of experience designing, building and scaling mobile and social applications.
