UareYou is about expression, compelling content (expert and community-generated) and conversation. We perceive teenagers as "connected” yet they lack psychological connections that lead to key issues teenagers are facing: 38% experience depression, 8% commit suicide, 12% don't eat, and 20% endure bullying. Gen Z, has an estimated $43 Billion in spending power with more influence on purchase decisions than any generation before. Gen Y has an estimated $200 Billion in spending power and account for 37% of adult consumers. Both are major targets for advertisers. There is an opportunity to make a social impact, a way to make a difference in the world for these teenagers, and to build a new, unique business.
