A microbudget black comedy entitled "Till Life Do Us Part." Logline: Relatives of terminally ill Lester Rosen commit to lavish life plans with his estate, but upon learning he was misdiagnosed, devise a sinister plot to secure their bounties. We are seeking an investment of $250,000 for the production and early marketing. Order of recoupment: 1. Profits first cover expenses and distribution fees charged by distributors. 2. Profits are then divided 50/50 between investor on one side and talent* on the other until talent deferred payments are covered (deferred payments not to exceed $250,000). 3. After talent deferred payments are completely paid off, the investor recoups 100% of investment plus 15% interest. 4. The rest is divided 50/50 between the investor on one side and talent* on the other. *Talent refers to all above-the-line crew, actors, production crew, and marketing team working on the film.
