The Mighty is a digital publisher that connects people facing disability and disease through honest, helpful and inspiring stories. More than half of Americans are facing serious health conditions or medical issues. Eighty percent go online looking for help, but they mostly find dull medical information lacking any context. They want more than information. They want to be inspired. We publish real stories about real people facing real challenges. And we are building a media brand and community around them. In our first seven months with just two editors we've reached 8 million monthly unique visitors. Now we want to scale.
