The employer search engine acts as a career exploration tool. The talent search engine will filter all users on the platform. 2 types of profiles: Talent profiles are reimagined résumés that match the millennial generation's connection to visual images. Posts referencing experiences at a specific company will directly link back to the employer's profile. Employer profiles feature status updates, a "TalentPoolMe" button, and posts streaming from different talent profiles.
