Syrpendive

The Syrpendive bridges the gap between snorkeling and scuba diving. It solves many of the faults in both products. Scuba diving is expensive and you need to be able to depressurize as well as be certified. When snorkeling, a wave can easily crash over the snorkel causing choking. People can rarely identify loved ones on crowded beaches when there are many snorkels in the water, and most importantly, you are stuck at the surface and can't swim at deeper depths.The Syrpendive is a snorkel with a valve that expels carbon dioxide at the base, followed by a 6-14' tube attached to an inflatable inner tube and snorkel. It allows you to swim at the surface as well as dive to deeper depths. When the diver tries to go too deep, the buoyancy of the inner tube prevents it. The tube rides the waves making it safer than snorkeling, and the tube/snorkel come in many colors so people can identify loved ones easily.
