Symphony is a platform that helps leaders grow cultures of connectedness in their organizations. Every year, billions of dollars are spent by all types of organizations on activities meant to build and maintain organizational culture. However, no one is serving this market in a simple, scalable way, and, to make matters worse, few of the current solutions actually work. To tackle this, we've developed an offline, small-group process, which we license to organizations on a monthly-subscription-basis. And we continue to generate demand because we're not what you normally find in this space: instead of assuming that community-building processes have to be custom-built and require intensive, high-touch training to implement and maintain, we've built a simple, flexible process that automates leadership development and training and that can work in any organization.
