Style the Aisle is an online bridal boutique that offers designer bridesmaid dresses (retail price > $250) as rentals. By offering rentals, bridesmaids have access to high quality dresses for about 1/3 of the retail price. Designers have access to future consumers and a new means for word of mouth advertising. To differentiate from other dress rental sites, our services are tailored to the needs of a bridal party. We offer a 3 day in home trial session so customers can see the fit and style of the dress before they order it for an 8 day wedding rental. Our selection of dresses caters to high end wedding style. As of today, we have launched a beta site through Shopify and we are currently booking weddings for 2014. Aside from continued focus on customer acquisition, moving forward we plan to expand our inventory line, invest in operations management and develop a site that will enable a seamless shopping experience for wedding parties.
