The gap between student being ready for the workplace is widening every year. Students are not getting the experiential learning required to make them hirable. Our goal is to provide students with ample opportunity to intern at a startup where they can be empowered and learn a lot, as well as provide the startup with some inexpensive work. It's a great supplement to the education system in place.
