StartEngine is the revolutionary next step in entrepreneurship. Started by experienced entrepreneurs Howard Marks (Activision, Acclaim!) and Ron Miller, StartEngine’s goal was to foster and support the Southern California tech boom. With a noble aim, StartEngine quickly became Los Angeles’ largest tech accelerator, but with a scope too narrow for either of the founders’ liking. To extend the same end-to-end solutions across the nation, StartEngine transitioned towards the crowdfunding future, forever changing who is able to start a business. Therefore, in 2014, StartEngine created the premier platform for equity crowdfunding. By giving American entrepreneurs access to startup capital, StartEngine hopes to provide support for the nation’s next generation of dreamers, creators, and leaders.
