Robinson Property Solutions is a Real Estate investing company based in Los Angeles, Ca. I (Alexander Robinson III) and the founder. My goal here on AngelList.com is to find investors or private lenders to assist me with my real estate purchases. I am a cash buyer and a real estate wholesaler. I've been able to create a list of worthy and ready-to-buy real estate investors and buyers who await to view my inventory. One issue I've run into on my real estate journey is the lack of funds to deliver a down payment or "Proof of Funds" in order to place the property under contract. The deals I pass on are usually: -Priced 20% - 60% below market -Wholesales for prices that leave satisfactory profit margins -Has ARV's that yield at least 20% return on investment -Prime Los Angeles locations. If there is an investor who is a soft money lender or private investor, please contact me. I find and receive deals everyday I have to pass due to lack of funds. I don'know where else to turn.
