Rider Brewing Company is a start up brewery and beer garden in Thousand Oaks, CA. We will operate a 7bbl brew house with annual production of up to 2000 barrels; 80% of production will be consumed on location. A small upper scale tapas menu will compliment our beers. Bicycling is our theme. Thousand Oaks is a community full of cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts. We will cater to this demographic as well as the seasoned craft beer aficionado, casual beer drinker, and all else who love to get together with good friends as well as make new ones. Our community is hugely undeserved in this market. There are currently no other breweries in the area and there is serious lacking of any type of local watering hole. The craft beer market is booming and our community is far behind the curve. There are two founders. One has over 26 years in the restaurant industry and is a home brewer, and the other is a career attorney and self proclaimed beer geek. Together, they are the recipe for success. .
