Planet Hydra is the world’s first sustainable ocean-based vessel equipped with desalination technology that provides fresh clean drinking water to populations all over the world. We're retrofitting marine vessels like boats and ships with Reverse Osmosis systems - a technology that already exists in the form of land-based desalination plants - to produce and deliver water to people that need it most. Depending on the size of the vessel, we can produce between 1.5 Million to 15 Million gallons of water per day.
