A web application that uses organizational data to engage and empower staff to reach their maximum potential in a collaborative atmosphere. Focusing on high-performance and an intuitive design, the application includes a feed that uses the user’s interests, people with similar interests, and the organization’s interest to provide the best data visualizations to stimulate the user and result in collaboration. With a click or a drag, the user can create a discussion, inviting colleagues to participate, or the user can add comments to the visualization in general. All collaborative entries are viewed with the users overall interaction, when compiled with other’s behaviors, a view of how an organization communicates and functions is formed. Product options include custom data visualizations that are highly interactive and customizable, matching the theme of the collaborative web-application.
