Novoot is a review and Q&A platform for apartment seekers. We're informing prospective tenants with peer-driven insight about the places they want to live. There are currently over 60 million people in the US living in apartments and I count myself amongst them. One day, as I sat listening to my upstairs neighbor pound his feet above me, I came to the realization that you learn so much about an apartment after you move in. The landlord might be crazy, maybe parking is terrible at night, the unit might have incredibly thin walls.... Wouldn’t it be nice to know these things prior to choosing our home? Novoot fills the knowledge gap that exists when searching for apartments. Community mechanisms and incentivized participation drive current tenants, former tenants, and neighbors to extend the information you need to make an informed rental decision.
