Our product seeks to increase enrollment to cardiac rehab, a program proven to reduce mortality and readmissions for cardiac patients but is severly underutilized due to geographical and financial constraints. We've digitized MULTIFIT the gold standard protocol for remote cardiac rehab into a mobile app for patients and a case management system for nurses. Using our product cardiac centers can increase enrollment, reduce readmissions and earn additional revenues while patients receive the benefits of cardiac rehab within the comfort of their homes.
