MouseTrap Films, LLC is the creator, owner, and operator of the Film Festival Flix digital and theatrical platform and an acquisition and distribution company of award-winning and audience favorite independent films from notable film festivals around the world. MouseTrap distributes independent films through its Film Festival Flix (“FFF”) digital and theatrical platforms and the Third-party licensing of ancillary rights. MTF acquires the distribution rights for completed, commercially viable independent films (“MTF Acquired Films”). The FFF platforms, the Third-party licensing of ancillary rights and the MTF content acquisitions function synergistically to protect the Company’s competitive position and differentiation; support, facilitate and promote each platform and channel; and enhance the value to the content providers, film festivals, theaters, the independent film community, B2C customers, sponsors, B2B customers and advertisers.
