Makemoji is a company that is working to solve the problem of miscommunication in personal conversations. We are currently a free iOS mobile app that lets users make their own emojis, and share those emojis to their closest friends. Makemoji is also a social network where users follow other users to gain access to their emojis. We've been live for 4 months and have reached just over 400,000 downloads (10,000 downloads month 1, 30,000 month 2, 200,000 month 3, and 350,000 downloads in month 4), with 150,000 MAUs last month, Makemoji is currently on track to reach 1,000,000 downloads and 300,000 MAUS in the next 2 months. They are raising $4,000,000 for their Series A. Makemoji is currently designing the next phase of their app, which includes Android, iOS 2.0 and mobile emoji keyboards. Our monetization strategy will allow brands to uniquely target a young and socially active demographic. Makemoji plans to unveil their two-pronged monetization strategy in the next 3-6 months.
