We are an innovative company that focuses on creating a better experience for people going through the home buying and selling process. There are two broken systems in the Real Estate world, an inconsistency of high quality content generation, and the contents distribution. We use our marketplace of professional craftspeople to identify and bid on projects to then go out and capture the desired content of a home. We have crafted our products to be used by Realtor's and For Sale By Owners (FSBO). Once we have the final marketing package of the home we distribute it through our online platform that focuses on film content of the property. We take it a step further for our FSBO's by allowing them to set up showing appointments through our platform themselves. Additionally, potential buyers can place bids on the platform generating all the paperwork necessary for the seller to accept, reject, or counter offer. This experience creates an Ebay/AirBNB type environment to buy and sell homes.
