Joblennials is a match making service for job seekers and employers -- simplifying the “JOB SEARCH” process and making the job search process more efficient and specific to the “job seeker” and “Employer”. Job Seeker: We tailor our technology to identify potential job candidates based on personality & interest assessments (along with background and experience), matching user to their desired field/career interest. Employer: we provide companies with the best possible job candidates, specific to each job opening and each company’s corporate culture. We also feature a video pitch/sharing component allowing individual users to stand out from the pack and “peek the interest” of the employer.
