Rabbi Hertzel Illulian is an active Rabbi in Beverly Hills serving the Los Angeles community for the past 30 years. He is well known for helping people and his good heart and contagious smile. He founded the JEM Community Center located in the heart of Beverly Hills catering to 2000 youth a week. The JEM Community Center provides facilites for youths, adolescents, young professionals, and adults in an entertaining and educational way using contempary technology and sports activities.
