We are building Helpful app, an open mobile customer engagement and knowledge sharing platform with focus on enhancing the relationship between local merchants, their staff and their customers. We enable each of every local merchants to create a free customer network on our platform, their staff to share product knowledge with other customers. Owner can share daily deals, coupon, and local promotions. Customers can send questions to staff, ask questions to community, and share coupons, and refer businesses to each others.
