Il Vetrino is an Italian Gelato and Cafeteria to be located in the heart of Hollywood, California. We can be described as a quick-service restaurant where customers sit at the counter and tables enjoying Italian Gelato, Coffees, Espresso and Healthy Juices. The quality of the ingredients and the specialty item, Il Vetrino (espresso cup topped with gelato), is our main selling point. Il Vetrino has great potential to become a destination for local residents and thousands of tourists who visit Hollywood every year. We plan to manipulate our location in the heart of Hollywood to our utmost advantage. Both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Grauman’s Chinese Theater create high volumes of foot traffic that will give us an edge as a new business. Therefore, we are aggressively planning for a 50% increase in sales the second year of business thanks to a Gelato Cart that would be walked amongst thousands of people.
