iCritcstudios.com is a social media studio site in the vein of Flixster & iTunes. It differs from Flixster in a few ways; one is "user" reviews are most important as opposed to Rotten Tomatoes & critic reviews. It holds a voting component allowing users to vote on around 5 movie loglines from a targeted genre. The winner is green lit & users then participate in casting their favorite actors! One of the most important is our built in "content engine" which allows users from theaters to instantly share a film w/ a friend/family member via the "Pay It Forward" feature. The film would be instantly purchased & sent via user contacts. The gifted user would be able to use the same Pay It Forward feature. Any user that pays it forward is rewarded w/ significantly discounted rental & purchase options. There are some other unique features to the site/app as it pertains to voting and distribution models which are huge but the idea is to keep it simple & user friendly for Film/TV, music etc.
