HotSnap is a daily photo contest for the iPhone. Users submit photos using the mobile app then the entire community of Hotsnap users vote for their favorite photo. HotSnap is unique in that users can only take and submit photos using the app which levels the playing field for all and challenges the user to be creative. Currently, the app targets female models and any female user interested in posting attractive photos of themselves "selfies". It also targets all male users (Maxim magazine demographic) to join as part of the voting community. Winning photos receive prizes such as a promotional shirts, phone cases and professional photo shoots. I would like to expand the photo contest idea to include many more categories to increase user participation and expand the target audience.
