Hardwire is a new way to buy and experience an album. It combines high-def audio and video, tactile interactivity, lyrics, and commentary into the album itself. Additionally our "Clever Cloud" technology enables fans to access their music anywhere on any device, and to enjoy the richest possible format for their device and connectivity. Furthermore, we have an easy-to-use "Themer" that enables artists or their representatives to easily create interactive album experiences without needing a programmer, Photoshop, or ProTools. Initially we will be a digital music retailer, selling albums for a premium over iTunes, but eventually we will migrate to a monthly micro-transaction fee for access to all an artists content.
