GradRocket.com is a website/application that will aid college graduates and employers find their ideal employment match. Our intention is to simulate human to human interaction through a series of features that cohesively create a visual representation of the employment process. College graduates with little or no experience will be provided with the ability to create video resumes, a short introduction of themselves and their background as well as complete a personality test in order to find their ideal employment match. Employers seeking the most efficient way to find the ideal candidate for their job opening will sift through a database of graduate profiles accompanied with video introductions as well as personality charts that provide an illustration of the candidate’s identity. Furthermore, employers will be provided with a list of possible candidates based on their indicated personality preferences that best adhere to their company culture/specific needs of the job opening.
