Garçon (the application) will provide customers the ability to order anything they want from brick and mortar locations from the comfort of their house and have the items delivered within a few hours. Garçon will also allow the community members to become Garcons (our delivery agents) in order to earn money and become part of our network. The biggest difference between our competitors and our product is our strategy to harness colleges and their student bodies as our core users/employees. Students have very busy/unstructured schedules. When a student is busy our service will save them invaluable time to finish a project or get to an event on time. On the other hand when a student has a 4 hour gap in-between classes they can make money by delivering goods. This duality allows for a core that can be expanded to the larger metro area around the college. Also, we believe we have a method to route orders more efficiently and have a connection with the businesses we pick up from.
