CTC is a solutions based ATM Processing company. We have developed a management system that is intended to help ISOs (Independent Selling Organizations) manage their portfolio more efficiently as well as increasing their revenues. We currently have over one million transactions committed to us for conversion over the next 12 months. This will represent roughly $150,000 in monthly revenue. We believe we will reach between 3-5 million monthly transactions in the next three years. Additionally, our subsidiary, Coast to Coast Media Services, has secured an advertising contract in a large California Indian Casino. We use transaction records of kiosk machines to prove views within the space. CTCMS currently is in talks with five additional casinos willing to adopt our Kiosk advertising platform. CTC is a revenue generating company with the goal of scaling and exiting the market in three years.
