BarBlackBook transforms nightlife calendars and event promotion into a content rich information network. Its an information network for the nightlife industry. Its a simple calendar and social media platform for local bars, music venues, concert promoters. We broadcast this information online in real time via websites, social media accounts, and our mobile application for users to view business information, connect with friends, and share their location through their social media accounts. The mobile application is free for users and we charge a monthly subscription for each venue to join our network, and an additional fee for each user on the venue's account. There are over 70,000 establishments in the US. We have a clear path to revenue and the churn rate for nightlife software is 0%. The key to success is our product will become so closely integrated in the social media and online profiles of our clients it would be impossible for them to function online without our network.
