AGI Innovations Inc (agi3) was founded in August 2013 with the long-term goal of developing and commercializing the next generation of intelligence engines based on artificial general intelligence (AGI) theory. The company is continuing the long-term R&D efforts of Adaptive A.I. Inc (a2i2) which was originally founded in 2001. For the last 6 years a2i2 has been focusing its efforts on commercializing its AGI engine via Smart Action Company, LLC. AGI Innovations Inc has embarked on a multi-year effort to develop a next-generation AGI engine to power a wide variety of intelligent applications. While our work has a strong focus on natural language understanding and learning (with everything this entails), we are also implementing spatial/temporal sense and actuator mechanisms that will allow our intelligence engines not only to be utilized in various personal assistant applications but, potentially, also in robotics.
