Advancing Women Executives (AWE) is a start-up with the mission to increase the number of women in senior management positions and on corporate boards to improve the economy. AWE provides VP-level and above corporate executive women the opportunity to build cross-functional and cross-industry relationships in a safe, locally based environment. AWE’s services include events, training, executive coaching and one-on-one introductions to peers. AWE currently works with corporate executive women at companies based in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.
